And we have to agree that hunamity is out of control and nothing seems to change our actions, also, if these people were trully catholics, they wouldn't insult my culture nor any other and I wasn't here getting mad for no reason.

Using yahoo maps i can see that nebraska is a state that is close to colorado where a friend of mine lives. vermont is much closer to the ocean and ohio is one of the states of the Great lakes 8south of the great lakes.
Now use yahoo maps yourself and tell me where portugal is again, and maybe you will realize why some of my countrymen are so furious at you. comparatively speaking saying portugal is at the entrance to the editerranean is liek saying Arizona is in durango. Getting your facts straight woudl honestly help you with spreading your word

First of all, this is my first post in this forum. I am Portuguese and I am not used to write in English. Sorry any inaccuracies/gaffes in my writing. I think, overall, you will understand me.

Second, I want to thank the OP with two degrees from university (honestly, I would guess that you had at least 3) for making me find this forum. Contrary to the other Portuguese who posted here I simply loved this thread.
I loved the humor of most of the participants (involuntarily in some case), and think the OP was extremely funny. It was hard for me to understand if the McD stuff was serious or an incredible joke.
Personally I find extremely funny any generalizations of nations/race from single experiences (even better are the generalizations based in absolutely nothing) but even funnier is the people who take it seriously. Relax and have fun.

I read a lot of funny stuff in this thread that I would love to comment but, unfortunately, now I don’t have a lot of time so I will just say a few things (will not quote anyone). I find hilarious this “country wars” especially when you argue with your country’s history or famous artists. Honestly, how can a person fell greater simple because he/she born in the same country of an amazing artist (like Dali for example)?. I fell sorry for this folks, doing nothing with their life but felling proud with the success and achievements of the others. It´s ok if you are women but, for men, I always expect more.

Only be proud for your own achievements and, the rest of the time, be humble.
