Im a proud atheist because I worship nobody. Not a god, monkey or human.
Atheism lets me be free from any suppression that religion offers. You can live only once i plan to live it fullest without any restriction.

I'm glad you don't worship humans or monkeys but your idea that suppression of those desires that will damn you forever is in some way a restriction on the Joy that eternal life in the way of the Lord shows how twisted Satan has made your heart.

Normal humans accept Jesus into their hearts and strive to follow the wisdom in the Holy Bible or are damned to a pit of fire. It is not for you or I to judge whether you are a criminal - God will do that on your day of judgement but it's not looking good for you if you continue to refuse Him as you are doing.

God loves you so much that he has warned you many times that if you do not follow His Commandments without question you will be damned to eternal suffering whereas if you blindly and trustingly follow all He has Commanded you to do you will be saved forever in Heaven. Why would He do that if he hates you and wants to oppress you?

We are not damning anyone. It is God who damns non-believers. We are simply warning people.

you claim that I make baseless assumptions, here are a few made by you people:

1. God exists- there is no proof (the bible has never been proved in any way, so it is regarded as purely fiction, except in america) of gods existence. you argue that there is no proof of his unexistance, but this is stupid. The burden of proof lies with the claim. You have no proof that I am not God, sitting at a laptop testing your faith do you. I am god, sitting at a laptop. but you don;t believe me because I don't offer any proof. likewise I need proof to accept god.

2. the bible is the word of god- there is no proof (the bible can't prove itself, that is just stupid) that the bible is the word of god. again, unfortunately you have to give us the proof. also, according to you the bible was actually written by for MEN. so you must admit that human weakness was involved in its creation.

3. God created all the beasts- again, no proof. Also, there is an entire conclusive science, based on facts and scientific method, that negates this claim, it's called evolution. I'm sure you don't believe in evolution, but you ask any animal breeder how they got their beautiful animals and they are not going to tell you that they preyed for them.

You are probably going to ban me for this. It wont surprise me. because you lack the hard facts to rebuff me claims you will no doubt simply run away. silence me and pretend I never happened. Hi, my name is Seth. I saw this site on the internet, while I was lurking around And I noticed there was something a little odd. While I believe all are entitled to there own beliefs and opinions, as I'm sure all of you are, I find there is a large lack in moral structure here. This is in no way meant to be inferred as offensive, just harmless criticism and a desperate attempt to help you become less radical. I am an Atheist. I study religions of the world, have a basic, and some advanced knowledge of physics, evolution, world history, and human psychology. I see all these posts about the world being flat, and how there are demons lurking in your rectum if you are reading harry potter books, and all I can imagine is how radical that sounds. If you just stop and free think for a moment. How unfortunate is it, that you have a god that gives you a beautiful, great world, and life, and all you baptists can think of is how dangerous and cursed everything is. And shame on any of you on this thread who dare argue your religion, Athiest, or Baptist, or Mormon. Everyone has the right to there own beliefs, regardless of your own thoughts on them. So try to keep it to yourself if its so offensive to the other.

I live in the United States where we have a democracy. In order for a democracy to function, the people must have the Freedom of Speech. That way debate, argument, and discourse can occur so that people can compare candidates. In the same way, people must be able to compare religions, to determine their own personal beliefs, but also to determine which candidates they ought to vote for.

Crapping my diaper? I am old enough to speak in a mature manner to you, I would trust I can get mutual respect. Moral structure was actually "practically" invented by atheists! An interesting fact, a thing called the Atheists Wager, is a thing most all, if not all atheists and agnostics believe in. and it is a prime example of positive atheistic qualities that should be found in all humans. Its a beautiful philosophy, and I trust you'll look it up. Anyone, even Christians, can believe in it, although I don't think it fits in exactly with this particular church's wheel house.

As for the criticism part, by no means did I think you would interpret it as me criticizing God, I was merely criticizing your practices, the two subjects are just related, not the same. And the radical line, I want to share with you that the way you phrased it makes it sound like you don't sin. You have an awfully tall horse if you think you've never broken a single word in your bible. If you follow your bible word for word, you can't wear gold, play football, wear shirts made of different materials combined(i.e. 65 percent cotton, 35 percent polyester), or getting a haircut the rounds the sides of your head. (1 timothy 2:9; leviticus 11:8; leviticus 19:19; and lastly leviticus 19:27)(Leviticus is a fun one, huh? Haha.)

The radical statement again, I can't really argue what you said if you quote just the bible, so I'll just point out the fact that I have read the bible, many of times, cover to cover, as I have read many holy books.
