There are no contradictions in the Bible. It says so right here:

2 Timothy 3:16: "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness."

I don't believe in the Bible or care what it says. The word of God to you is a book, the word of the Gods to me is the winds, the rains, the sun, and the earth, which all trump your paper book.

Have it your way. Please tell us how you "read" the winds, the rains, the sun, and the earth to "prove" that there is no hell and that your mother-in-law is in Heaven with God/the Goddess/the Gods/whatever it is you worship this time.

However, since we will be dead and unknowing until Resurrection, it will be to the deceased as though no time has passed between death and Judgment. Therefore, the experience of the damned (that's you) will be one of dying, then immediately being cast into torment.

From a practical perspective, you may as well be in Hell as soon as you die.
