On the other hand, I have no such qualms and will happily point out the problem of the sun being coal-driven.

Coal burning is an aerobic reaction that consumes oxygen to form CO2 and produces heat and light.

In other words, for every molecule of carbon consumed, two molecules of oxygen are consumed, this would imply that any coal-fired sun would continually consume oxygen and thus need a consistent supply, and that the thermal effects of oxygen being consumed would be visible.

Of course, the other issue comes from the large spectrum of electromagnetic radiation from the sun that encompasses not simply the infrared and visible, but also radio, and ultraviolet spectrum, along with the occasional coronal mass ejection of highly charged particles. There are also clear signs of overall nuclear instability given a barrage of neutrinos that pass through the Earth from the Sun, which could not be produced in a simple thermal reaction like the burning of coal.

All evidence points to the sun's power supply being fusion derived, and to maintain that, it would necessitate the sun having sufficent mass to drive it, and thus, sufficent distance to ensure the gravity of such a massive object would not pull the Earth into the Sun.

I suppose I could also point out that scripture really doesn't mention anything regarding the composition of the Sun... I'm not entirely certain of that, but I'm fairly sure it's not mentioned at all in the entire Bible.

In the Bible Pi is a neat 3 (reflecting the trinity, no doubt) while math teachers believe it is an ugly, messy 3.14159. Despite some legal attempts in some state legislatures to return it to the divine purity of 3, pi has hardened its heart and refused to conform to the biblically prescribed norm.

Where in the bible does it state that the circumference of a circle is 3 times the distance of the radius.

A number cannot be changed to anything more then what it is equal, just as 1+1 can never equal three. If you were to make a circle with a diameter of 10 "cubits" of equal size then the circumference would not be complete with only 30 cubits of the same size. If you do not believe this then try it for yourselves with properly correct measurements and you will see what I am saying. Pi is 3.14159265... because the circumference of a circle IS equal to 3.14159265... times the diameter. There is no corruption or falsehood behind this. It is just what Pi is equal to.

Pi is possessed by demons, that's a fact. If the Bible says that the circumference of a circle ought to be three times the diameter, then it ought to be so. The reason that it is different now is because Satan has corrupted Pi, to make the Bible look ridiculous. Try to apply your value of Pi to anything practical and you will see firsthand the disastrous results.
