I don't even know where to start. Just first off, I'm not a person who hates religion at all. I think that your dedication for your religion and how far you're willing to go is inspiring, but seriously? A kid kills himself and all you men/women have to do is just say "yay, he chose something right for the first time in his life"

No, that's not true. As I am a homosexual (or a "homer", as I've seen you guys say), this isn't how it works. How do I know? Well, because I am one, and it's no choice. I say this with the most respect I can, but please don't discourage kids more than they should be. You can all express yourselves freely about Helloween or anything else that you want, but when you butt into other people's lives, that's when it makes me upset.

And how exactly did you come to the conclusion that homersexuality isn't a choice? Is it because your "scientists" wrote a bunch of papers claiming that to be the case?

Believe me, I tried to switch when I thought you could, but unless my subconscience is controlling me, then I don't have a choice whether I love men or don't love women. I don't know why you didn't change your mind, I guess you just enjoyed the sin of sodomy too much. The fact that you have deluded yourself into thinking you have no choice does not mean that you, in fact, had no choice.

If you had bothered to read these forums before posting your little outburst you would have seen that we have quite a few members who have repented for their sins and have become heterosexuals.

I'm not going to believe some text that most likely isn't true, thank you very much. As interesting as it is, personal experiences are much better evidence rather than some all powerful being in the sky that tells you what to do.

And yes, the act of homosexuality can be considered a choice. But how is the act of being attracted to a certain gender a choice?

Believers are not controlled by the Word. They do CHOOSE to obey it; therefore, they study its contents, obey its commands and strictures and use ITS wisdom, rather than any human musing of their own, to serve God in their earthly lives until He takes them home.

This forum isn't about us and our personal perspectives. It isn't about you and your personal perversions. It is about holding aloft the most powerful piece of literature dispersed throughout the historyof the world and helping people see it for what it really, truly is and for what it really, truly says.

Just a hint-- it says that homosexuality is very bad. Also, there was this one city, where people were all about using the icky orifice instead of the less icky one to receive the male seed, and God, being God and all, and not having to answer to you-- or even consider your feelings one little bit -- went ahead and just LEVELED the whole city, right down to ashes.

It's a very exciting story, and one that followers of God have been consulting for centuries for His opinion of homosexuality. So, unless you have the weight of thousands of years of Holy Writ to back you up, your contentions about being attracted to people of the same sex don't hold so much as a thimble full of tainted water.

Now, go and read the Bible and try to at least make some semblance of an intelligent argument -- other than, "I know"-- before you post here again.

Maybe God has cursed him with a weak will. He is condemned to follow trendy fashion lifestyles thinking people will like him - they won't. If he'd just accept Jesus as a friend (the only one anybody needs) and ask forgiveness then his evil sinning days would be over.
