      Just when you think you have seen Donald's most innovative campaign technique, he comes up with a better one. Last night he stayed in a motel.

      Several of us wanted him to find something more luxurious and safe, but he took a room in a Holiday Inn Express in Sioux City. (To be perfectly honest here, it may be he is planning to buy the Holiday Inn chain.)

      “Good mattress, good everything.”
      That’s how Donald Trump described his stay Friday at a Holiday Inn Express in Sioux City, Iowa.
      The motel, which gets kudos from business travelers on TripAdvisor for its convenient location next to the highway, free Internet and good breakfast bar, was a departure for the real estate mogul who has opted to jet back to New York City on his private plane or helicopter so he could sleep in his own Trump Tower apartment.
      “Good mattress, staff was great, good mattress, good everything,” he told the New York Times the day after his overnight trip.

        Donald can get down in the mud with the rest of America when he needs to make a point. Here he shows he can stay overnight at a motel with NO STARS. This is a real man of the people.

          And any suggestion that he's just awkwardly pandering in belated reaction to the press pointing out just how out of touch he is with the realities of modern America (where Holiday Inn Express is considered the luxury alternative to Fred's Motel and Liquor Emporium for the other 99%) would be really unwelcome, so I'm glad I'm not that guy.

            Holiday Inn's are solid 3-Star accommodations for middle American values (as opposed to 2-Star trailer trash trysts at the local Motel 6 for sinners). Contrast that with Obama's Hawaiian vacations at the 5-Star Paradise Point Estates at Kailua Bay (while millions of Americans are still out of work). Donald Trump is a man of the people.

                Great question. I've heard from people in Donald's people he plans to issue every Coast Guard sailor an ice pick. These, of course, are to puncture the inner tubes used by Puerto Ricans illegally entering our country:

                              I, too, agree that this is yet another brilliant decision. While some critics say that it's very "non-presidential," that since he's "afraid" of a woman (Megyn Kelly), then how is he going to deal with international politics, etc. These critics are WRONG. President Donald Trump does not need to deal with unfriendly heads of state. That's what we have the nukes for, people!!
